Greg is actively involved in the health and fitness industry. He is a physical therapist at PT Associates of Emporia, where he specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Greg teaches the SHRED class. The emphasis of the class is to promote a high level of physical health through education and exercise. This class combines strength training, flexibility, and conditioning. Each class is structured to allow participation by adults of all ages.
Kaylee is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years in the fitness industry and over 8 years of coaching experience. She was a Division I Pole Vaulter at Wichita State University before moving to Phoenix to train post collegiate. There, she managed a high end fitness facility in North Scottsdale as well as coached high school and college athletes. Kaylee began personal training at a facility in Flagstaff, Arizona where she trained up to 6 clients per hour session, each with their own client specific programs.
Kaylee's specialties include weight training, speed and power development and athletic performance.

Chelsea has been involved with sports since she was little. She is a mother to three very active kids that she helps coach during the summer.
Her passion for fitness led her to become a certified Personal Trainer while working towards her degree in Exercise Science. Chelsea is also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through NASM.
Chelsea's main goal is to help clients with their overall health and fitness.
Physical Therapist, Instructor
Rachael graduated from Bethel College with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree in 2011 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Wichita State University in 2014. While attending Bethel, she was a collegiate basketball and tennis player. She currently is a Physical Therapist with PT Associates of Emporia.

Iva Shepherd graduated with her Bachelors in Health and Human Performance from Emporia State University. Iva is a retired pole vaulter and has 10 years of coaching experience. She has coached gymnastics and pole vault with varying ages.
Linda is a graduate from Emporia State University with a degree in Business Administration. She became an aerobic dance instructor in 1990. She also has experience teaching group fitness classes in step, water aerobic, body sculpting and cardio kickboxing. She became a certified Pilates instructor in 2003. She loves the total body experience that Pilates offers to individuals of all different fitness levels. She currently teaches Pilates, a class that is a low impact workout that will challenge every muscle in the body!
Instructor, Personal Trainer
Carrie started teaching group fitness classes in 2003. Carrie has taught Step Aerobics, Body Sculpting and a senior fitness class. In 2007, she became certified in PiYo and has been teaching PiYo since 2008. She loves yoga and sharing the many benefits of it through her classes.
Carrie is also a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA.

Macy is a graduate from Wichita State University and a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). She specializes in gymnastics and track and field, but enjoys different fitness avenues. Macy's main goal is to help her clients improve their lives through health at any stage of their fitness journey.

Personal Trainer, Instructor
Terrence graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance. During his time as an undergrad, he played for the Emporia State's men's basketball team. He also work with a variety of individuals and helped them all reach their fitness goals. Terrence specializes in H.I.I.T. training and group fitness, but also enjoys general fitness, weight training and basketball training.
Terrence currently teaches Zen Yoga and Stretchy Saturday as well!
