Manager/ Group Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer

Kyle graduated from Emporia State University in December of 2020 with a B.S. in Health and Human Performance and is also a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Health and Fitness has always been a big part of his life as he has played a variety of sports including football, soccer, and track and field. He specializes in strength training and general fitness.

Melissa is an Emporia Native and is a mother of 3. After attending the afternoon HIIT/Spin classes to get away from work and stress, she found her passion for Fitness. Melissa is one of the spin instructors and will occasionally teach HIIT classes.

Carrie Poersch : Instructor, Personal Trainer

Carrie Poersch

Instructor, Personal Trainer

Carrie started teaching group fitness classes in 2003. Carrie has taught Step Aerobics, Body Sculpting and a senior fitness class. In 2007, she became certified in PiYo and has been teaching PiYo since 2008. She loves yoga and sharing the many benefits of it through her classes.

Carrie is also a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA.
